We crafted this tour, so that you can get to experience Riding through Ladakh, in less no. of days and at the same time no beautiful spot will be left behind. Most popular pass is Khardungla pass- Highest Motorable Road of World, situated at 17582 fts. This pass is also connected to the Siachen glacier. It’s a motorcyclist dream to ride this road , and apart from this we have many many more passes- Chang la, Zoji La, Baralancha la, Fotu La, Tanglang la and not to forget the infamous Rohtang Pass, which we will be crossing after riding through Manali City.

  • Day 1

    Arrival at New Delhi

    On the very first day of your tour, and after your arrival at New Delhi Aiport. Himalaya Rides representative will come to greet you at IGI aiport and from there on your each and every transport transfers and hotel stays will be taken care of by Team Himalaya Rides. A private Taxi or a Bus will be used for your transfer from aiport to hotel for your overnight stay.

  • Day 2

    New Delhi to Manali (2050m, 570km, 14-15hrs)

    The road journey starts from the very next day, where you’ll get to explore the streets and heritage monuments of Delhi in the day time. After your day tour of Delhi a small break will be provided to you before your overnight journey till Manali starts. The journey to Manali is a bit long, and that’s why we will make sure to provide you with ample amount of haults and pit stops, so that you can stretch out in that long roadtrip.

  • Day 3

    Manali – Day Off

    After reaching  Manali, you’ll be transferred to your Hotel for a good healthy and delicious  breakfast. A quick briefing will be conducted afterwards and we will mount up and try out the narrow, winding back roads into the mountains, while getting acquainted with the motorcycles, roads and mountain traffic in Himalayas. We’ll return to the hotel in the evening for dinner, rest and relaxation. Dinner will be served in your hotels, and after that you can have a relaxed overnight sleep to prepare yourself for the next day.

  • Day 4

    Manali to Jispa (3320m, 135km, 6-7hrs) Rohtang La (pass at 3980m)

    Your Adventure starts with this day when we’ll start with traversing Rohtang La (3980m), with its magnificent views back towards Manali and the surrounding Himalayas. Next we descend into Chandra Valley. At the check point,  while we will be doing the paper work with the officials you can have a nice and warming Tea break before continuing along the bank of the mighty Chenab and Bhaga Rivers and stop at Keylong. After one more Tea break, we head to Jispa (Tod Valley). Dinner  will be served and overnight stay at a hotel.

  • Day 5

    Jispa to Tso Kar (3320m, 221km, 8-9hrs)

    • Baralacha La (pass at 4890m)
    • Lachalung La (pass at 5060m) 

    The challenging roads and weather you’ll experience on this particular day of our tour. A winding road leads up to one of the toughest passes of the journey, the Baralacha La (pass at 4890m) before we stop at a tea stall for a well-deserved tea/coffee break. Soon you’ll be stretching the leaning skills of your Enfield’s on the 22 hairpin bends of the renowned Gata Loops before tackling Lachalung La (pass at 5060m). Dinner will be served and your warm stay will be arranged in Tents along side of the Lake. 

  • Day 6

    Tso Kar to Tso Moriri (Korzok) (4485m, 90km, 6hrs)

    The area surrounding Tso Kar is protected and forms a wild life sanctuary. Our early morning ‘breakfast’ treat, is a wonderfully invigorating thrill for off-road fans. At the Sumdo junction, we take the diversion to Tso Moriri. Dinner and Hotel stays will be arranged accordingly.

  • Day 7

    Tso Moriri to Leh via Upshi (3500m, 215km, 8 – 9hrs)

    After 2 days of riding and experiencing the dusty off roads near the lake we will be riding to Leh city on good tarmac roads. For the better part of today’s journey, we follow the Indus River past Chumathang. There’ll be a quick stop/check post near Upshi, before we head on to Leh past the Thiksey Monastery, on the Leh – Manali highway. Fresh and Warm Dinner will be served and then you can have your own time to relax and a good sleep in the Hotels.

  • Day 8

    Leh to Khardung La and back to Leh (5602m, 78km, 5hrs)

    The mighty Khardung La is ours today! This is the world’s highest motorable road at a riveting 5602m, only 39 km from Leh. Fantastic, surreal sceneries and landscapes will guide you all the way to the very top. Upon return to Leh, your afternoon is free for another market visit or a stroll to the alluring Shanti Stupa with a captivating view of Leh before spending one last dinner and overnight at a hotel.

  • Day 9

    Leh Day Off (3500m)

    After summiting no less than 4 of the worlds’ highest motorable passes and taking in the magic of 2 high altitude lakes and enjoying some of the most spectacular, surreal scenery this planet has to offer all on a legendary Royal Enfield, you’ve earned a day of leisure.  Feel free to explore the markets in town for some last minute souvenirs, the old Palace, Namgyal Tsemo Monastery or Shanti Stupa.

     A good farewell will be hosted by Team Himalaya Rides on your last day of the tour and we will make the most out of your last day.

  • Day 10

    Leh to Delhi via AIRPLANE

    The last day you’ll be catching the morning flight to New Delhi, where you’ll be transferred to a hotel to relax and enjoy your own leisure time after 9 days of Touring. It’s a free day so you can shop and eat or explore some of the many interesting sightseeing options available. At the appropriate time we will transfer you to the international airport to catch your flight to your onward destination
